Hoknex is an international student-led initiative and creator ecosystem engineered to empower teenagers, student innovators, and open-source developers across the globe.
Our Core Purpose
We believe that high-impact innovation shouldn't be bottlenecked by financial barriers. Through transparent community-backed funding, student hackathons, and open-source utility tools, Hoknex bridges the gap between raw student talent and real-world deployment.
What We Fund
Student Hackathons & Tech Events: Sponsoring venues, prizes, and operational support for regional builder communities.
Creator Financial Grants: Direct micro-grants for indie game developers, open-source maintainers, and student hardware engineers.
Educational Infrastructure: Providing web tools, collaboration networks, and developer utilities with 0% platform take-rates.
Legal Guidelines & Compliance 🛡️
Hoknex operates under strict legal transparency and ethical guidelines to protect both contributors and the platform administration.
1. Philanthropic Recognition vs. Tax Exemption
Contributions made through the Hoknex Global Fund are voluntary financial contributions toward youth innovation, hackathons, and creator grants. Certificates issued by Hoknex serve as tokens of philanthropic appreciation and recognition. These certificates are not valid for government tax deductions (such as 80G in India or 501(c)(3) in the US).
2. Anti-Fraud & Payment Verification
To prevent fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized transactions, every contributor is required to upload a valid payment screenshot proof. Admin verification is performed manually by matching transaction references before any certificate is issued.
3. Data Privacy & Security
We respect contributor privacy. Names, emails, and transaction screenshots collected on this platform are used solely for internal ledger verification and certificate generation.
